These general terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered by CDW Equicare. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.
**2. Services**
CDW Equicare offers physiotherapy treatments for horses, advice on supplements and the sale of products, including Equine America supplements and Centropix Kloud. We do not make medical diagnoses and always refer to a veterinarian in case of suspected injuries or illnesses.
**3. Appointments and Cancellations**
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a later cancellation, we reserve the right to charge costs.
- If a treatment cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances, a new appointment will be scheduled in consultation.
**4. Payments**
- Payments for treatments and products can be made by bank transfer, cash or via the webshop. - Webshop orders require advance payment. Orders will only be shipped after receipt of payment.
**5. Delivery **
- Products from the webshop will be shipped within the stated delivery time. CDW Equicare is not liable for delays at carriers.
**6. Liability**
- CDW Equicare is not liable for damage or injury resulting from treatment or use of products.
- Advice on supplements is based on experience and knowledge, but does not replace medical advice from a veterinarian.
